What can I do for you?
Some of the things I know I can set up for a relatively low price tag include e-commerce sites, WordPress powered blogs (with an import from Blogger if need be) with customized templates, basic realty sites with a few bells and whistles, directory services, content management portals, and simple, static information web sites. This is by no means the limit of what I can do - these are just the things I've done before and can do again with ease!
The price of any project would be determined by the scope of said project. This means I can't really post a price here and stick to it, as I am looking to tailor the solution to exactly what you need. I try to use open-source software whenever possible - so the cost would only be for the labor that it takes for me to set it up and configure it. (Though I would strongly encourage you to donate something to the open-source effort - especially if you intend to use your site for commercial purposes.) If purchasing a pre-packaged solution is necessary, your cost would be only the actual cost of that product and my time installing and configuring. It may take me a couple of hours to set up your site or it might take a week or two. This factor all hinges on what you want to do.
One thing to keep in mind is that I strive to do non-evil business. This means I'm looking to be fair more than anything, and I ask the same of you. In this spirit, I will say up front that if you are in the evil business realm of things, and you want me to set up a site for you, it ain't gonna happen. I refuse to aid and abet evil business. (I did that for far too long already when I was employed by the corporate world.)

If you've given me enough to go on, I'll mull it over and send you back a proposal, complete with the full terms of doing business with me. If I need more from you to determine just what we're looking at, I'll be back in touch. And, as always, if I don't think I can do it - I'll tell you. I won't pass off something less than what you expected just to get a paycheck. I'm not happy unless you're happy.
