Services for bloggers
This is my main area of expertise at this point, mainly because I am one!
I mostly work with WordPress, which is the best blog platform available, in my humble opinion. This is open source software, which means it is completely customizable and completely free. You really can't beat that, you know? I know a few other blogging platforms decently well, so if you really want to work with me on something else... well, it will cost you more, but I might be open to it. WordPress will just be way easier for me, and so, cheaper for you.
What I can do for your blog
Damn near anything! No, really. I have yet to come across something I couldn't eventually do (at least with WordPress), so I really hate to limit the possibilities of your ideas by nailing this down more. I can do all kinds of customization, I can help with installs and fixing problems, and I can help to design a custom theme. (Though really, there are LOTS of better designers out there that offer this service. Check out West Designs or Zoot's Designs for two I can personally recommend.) I can hack WordPress to do what you want (take a look at LakewoodPride.com for an example of that) if blogging isn't exactly what you want to do with it.
About the only thing I can't do (as of yet) is write custom plugins. Give me some time though. I'm working on that.
I do have to say - if you're just looking for help with WordPress, check the support forums first. Not only will you usually find extremely helpful and knowledgeable people answering questions - you can usually find me there too. I've recently starting spending a bit of time helping to answer support questions when I can, as my way of giving back to the WordPress community.
As well, I will donate a portion of my proceeds from work done with WordPress to WordPress. I hope to see this fabulous application around for a long, long time.
